The firm has been working with private client business owners, management and employee teams and public sector organisations on employee ownership and succession for over 25 years. This has included some of the bus privatisations in the second half of the 1980s and early 1990s to leisure services organisations and health care organisations in the public sector today.
For private client businesses it has involved the sale of those businesses to a combination of employees, management and trusts for the benefit of employees.
