Areas of practice:

Nick Dunn qualified into Wrigleys’ charities and social enterprise team as a solicitor in 2018. Nick advises on a broad range of charity law issues, with a particular focus on ecclesiastical, social finance and data protection work.

Nick provides advice to charities and social enterprises on a wide range of commercial matters, including advice on their obligations when data subjects seek to exercise their rights and advice on commercial and finance agreements. Nick regularly delivers seminars on data protection issues faced within the third sector.
