Areas of practice:

Clare qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Wrigleys Solicitors LLP in 2012. 

She advises on a wide range of charity law matters, including the establishment of charities, trustees' duties and governance, charity mergers, trading, fundraising and commercial participation and the charity law requirements of charity land transactions.  She has particular expertise in advising corporate foundations and in advising charities on their interactions with the Charity Commission.
