Wrigleys achieves Menopause Friendly Accreditation

04 January 2024

We are thrilled to announce our recent Menopause Friendly Accreditation.

This accreditation demonstrates the firm’s commitment to fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment that enhances the wellness of all our colleagues and living our purpose of putting people at the centre of what we do.

The accreditation, awarded by Henpicked, is the only menopause accreditation that sets clear standards which must be met. To achieve it, organisations are assessed by an independent panel and must demonstrate evidence of their effectiveness in six key areas: culture, policies and practices, training, engagement, facilities and evaluation.

As part of the accreditation process, we have introduced various policies, awareness initiatives, and support mechanisms. These measures are designed not only to provide our colleagues undergoing menopause with the essential resources and understanding but also to extend support to them in aiding others, such as family and friends, experiencing menopause.

Managing Partner, Marie-Louise Hamilton added: 'I am delighted that we have achieved this accreditation. It reflects the work we have been doing to raise menopause awareness throughout the firm and support colleagues through the menopause.  We can now continue to build on this work to help attract and retain colleagues affected by menopause in some way.'

Looking ahead, we are committed to continually enhancing our menopause initiatives.  This commitment remains integral to our wellness strategy for 2024 and beyond, reinforcing our dedication to putting people at the centre of what we do.
