Advising a Multi Academy Trust on the outsourcing of a school’s catering function and the admission of the caterer as an employer in the LGPS where the Trust was required to act as guarantor.

Advising a charity on the renegotiation of the terms of its services contract with a local council, including a passthrough arrangement to allocate responsibility for the payment of LGPS pension contributions between the charity and the local council.

Advising a Multi Academy Trust on its merger with a technical college, including the transfer of pension liabilities under the LGPS to the Multi Academy Trust so as to manage the exit debt risk.
