Wrigleys announces senior promotions
Wrigleys has announced a series of senior promotions as the firm marks its 30th year.
The promotions reflect the continued development of colleagues across the business and Wrigleys’ commitment to supporting career progression at all levels.
The promotions also ensure continuity for clients across the firm, with expert advice continuing to be delivered by teams who understand their clients’ needs.
Partner promotions

Donna Radcliffe and Thomas Mundy have both been promoted to Partner.
Donna, in the Property team, was one of Wrigleys’ first Managing Associates when the role was introduced in 2024 and has progressed to Partner after 9 years with the firm. Donna deals with a wide variety of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and portfolio management acting for clients ranging from family businesses and property investment companies to individuals and clients in the transport sector. She also contributes regularly to the firm’s publications.
Thomas specialises in matters involving the Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trust work and has been promoted to Partner one year after becoming a Managing Associate.
He advises on complex property and financial matters, including panel deputy appointments through the Office of the Public Guardian and cases involving the removal of attorneys or deputies as well as cases acting as professional trustee and deputy where there is ongoing personal injury litigation. Thomas is a Director of our trust corporation, Wrigleys Trustees Limited.
He has over ten years’ experience supporting individuals following injury or loss of capacity and contributes to sector publications, including the Brain and Spinal Injury Handbook and the APIL Guide to Catastrophic Injury Claims.
Managing Associate promotions

Four colleagues have been promoted to Managing Associate. From left to right Sadia Ali (Property), Hannah Norton-Parks (Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts), and Gabrielle Allen (Property) and Holly Marshall (Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning).
Sadia advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, complex title investigations, portfolio management and corporate support. She acts for a wide client base, from individuals and property investment companies to train and bus operating companies. Gabrielle specialises in residential conveyancing, advising on high value transactions, including country houses and property across the UK.
Holly works on estate planning and private client matters, including wills and lasting powers of attorney, lifetime tax and succession planning, and advising individuals and trustees on the creation, taxation and restructuring of trusts, and Hannah advises on Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trust work, supporting clients with deputyship arrangements and ongoing financial management.
The Managing Associate role marks a key stage in progression at Wrigleys, recognising technical expertise, strong client relationships and an increasing contribution to leadership across the firm.
Managing partner Marie-Louise Hamilton commented:
“As we mark our 30th anniversary, these promotions recognise the contribution each individual has made to the firm and to our clients. They also reflect the importance we place on developing our people for the long term who will help steward Wrigleys into the future. I would like to congratulate everyone who has been promoted. Each demonstrates a strong understanding of the individuals and organisations we support, together with a clear commitment to the values and high standards that underpin our work. I am confident they will continue to flourish in their new roles and make a meaningful impact across their teams and the wider firm.”
Please join us in congratulating Donna, Thomas, Sadia, Gabrielle, Holly and Hannah on their achievements.
