Areas of practice:

Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Tom is experienced in making applications to the Court of Protection in respect of property and financial affairs matters, including the appointment of a deputy or deputies, applying for authority to sell or purchase property, applications to appoint a trustee or trustees to facilitate the sale of jointly held property on behalf of an incapable person, applications for authority to extract a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration and applications involving foreign jurisdictions. Tom is also involved in  matters relating to Office of the Public Guardian panel deputy appointment process and cases where attorneys or deputies have been removed by the Court of Protection.
