Areas of practice:

Gabrielle deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, assisting clients in Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Harrogate, London and surrounding areas. Her client base includes clients with personal injury trusts, clients subject to Deputyship Orders, private clients (both UK and international) and clients with portfolios of property.

Gabrielle’s work includes but is not limited to:

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build property;

  • Sales and purchases financed by mortgages;

  • General property work including the preparation of Declarations of Trust;

  • Acting on high value residential transactions including country houses and property in London.

Career:

Gabrielle began her legal career as a Litigation Executive at Russell, Jones & Walker, specialising in Civil Litigation. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2019, she gained experience at Slater and Gordon Lawyers UK and Keebles LLP before joining the property department at Wrigleys in January 2022.
