CLH accreditation

Laura Moss achieves accreditation as a community-led housing advisor.

We are delighted to announce that Laura Moss, a partner in our community-led housing team, has achieved accreditation as a community led housing advisor. This is a rigorous training programme, which leaves advisors accredited by both Community Led Homes and the Chartered Institute of Housing. After completing four modules (covering matters such as business planning, housing management, governance and legal set-up), the course was assessed by an online exam and a follow-up discussion with one of the partners from the programme.

We hope this will mean we can provide an even better service to all our community-led housing clients.
