Areas of practice:

Will qualified as a solicitor into the Pensions team in June 2023 having completed his training contract at Wrigleys.

Will is involved in providing advice to trustees of occupational pension scheme on general day to day matters and on de risking and liability management projects. Recent experience includes working within the team to provide advice to the trustees of several schemes in relation to securing scheme defined benefit liabilities with insurers in order to facilitate the winding up of the schemes. He also works in tandem with the firm’s charities and social economy team, to provide advice to charities, multi-academy trusts and other not for profit organisations on their pension obligations.
