Nicola deals with a wide range of residential property transactions.

Nicola’s work includes but is not limited to:

  • Freehold and leasehold matters

  • Transfers of equity

Career:

Nicola has worked across both commercial and residential property for almost twenty years. She began her career at DLA Piper in 2006, advising on commercial sales, purchases, and landlord and tenant matters, before spending time within a local authority where she handled a broad mix of commercial and development work. She later returned to DLA Piper, this time within risk management and compliance for three years.

In 2017, Nicola joined Rosalind Watchorn Solicitors in Sheffield to lead their property team. Her work centred on residential matters, including remortgaging, freehold and leasehold transactions, and transfers of equity. She remained with the firm for eight years before joining Wrigleys in 2025.
