Areas of practice:

Matthew qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and is part of the Rural and Agricultural Property team who specialises in a mixture of commercial and agricultural property work for landed estates and farming clients. Matthew's work type includes: freehold purchases and sales of agricultural property, the grant and surrender of agricultural leases, the grant of easements and sporting rights and diversification projects.  

Matthew also deals with residential property transactions for his particular client base.  He is accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
