Areas of practice:

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Emma has been advising large estates and agricultural clients for over 20 years. She deals with freehold sales and purchases and can advise on all types of agricultural tenancies. 

A particular niche interest is the property aspects of community led housing where she acts for co-housing groups, community land trusts and cooperatives (including mutual home ownership societies). 

She also specialises in education work, dealing with academy conversions, transfers and post-conversion work.
