In case some of you may have missed it, there has been a long awaited reduction in #COP fees from last Wednesday 25 July 2018. The application fee has reduced from £400 to £385 & Appeal fee from £400 to £320. The Hearing fee remains the same.
Lack of clear employer policy rendered dismissal unfair.
Judgment brings some legal clarity but raises practical and ethical questions for employers.
Labour acknowledges that “more can be done to support parents who experience pregnancy loss before 24 weeks.”
