Michael is an associate in our charities and social economy team at Wrigleys Solicitors LLP.

Michael has experience working with employer clients across the charity, third, education and private sectors on a variety of employment matters from boardroom disputes and senior terminations to advising on the employment aspects of mergers and restructures and helping clients navigate employment tribunal claims and internal investigations.

Michael has experience helping organisations to grow by advising on draft contracts as well as assisting with the development of robust internal policies and procedures and also has experience advising clients on how to deal with Data Subject Access Requests.

A regular speaker at Wrigleys’ Employment Law Brunch Briefings, Michael aims to orientate listeners so that they can navigate complex topics, with a focus on helping to identify problem areas and the key issues so that appropriate advice can be taken at the right time.

Alexandria is an Associate in our Charities and Social Economy Team.

Alexandria qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Wrigleys Solicitors in 2025 as a specialist employment law solicitor. Alexandria brings a wealth of experience from both private practice and in-house roles. From the outset of her career, she has represented numerous high-profile commercial businesses operating across the UK. More recently, she has served as a trusted in-house lawyer at the University of Leeds, handling all aspects of employment law.

Alexandria has extensive experience in managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions and navigating complex employee relations issues from inception to defence in the Employment Tribunal. Alexandria prides herself on getting to know clients in depth. This means that she can deliver practical legal advice which enables her clients to achieve their objectives whilst at all times respecting their values and approach to people management.
