About The Webinar

Please note this webinar has already taken place.

Employers across the charity and public sectors are currently taking decisions about staff based on their vaccination status. These will include decisions about recruitment, deployment, job descriptions, holiday requests and attendance at certain sites or events. In some cases, it will include dismissal decisions.

This interactive session will focus on the legal risks for employers facing these decisions, including contract law, unfair dismissal, equality law, human rights, and data protection considerations. It will also provide an opportunity for you to hear from other employers dealing with similar issues and to raise your burning questions on this difficult and topical issue.
