About The Webinar

Please note this webinar has already taken place.

Most employers use settlement agreements from time to time to record a negotiated parting of the ways with an employee. Sometimes negotiations stall and the process can take longer and be more arduous than the employer had hoped. In this webinar we will look at a few top tips which, if considered in advance of the process and then followed through may give a better outcome.  Some of the issues to be explored will be notice pay and taxation, confidentiality and NDAs, references (particularly where there is a safeguarding concern), and when and how to hold without prejudice or “fireside chat” conversations.
