Laura Moss is a partner in our students' unions team.

Laura is a former sabbatical officer and now advises students’ unions on a range of charity law, governance and commercial issues.  This includes incorporations, governance reviews, contracts and a range of other matters involving societies, trustees and student officers.

Nat is a partner in our charities and social economy team.

Nat has been at Wrigleys for 15 years, and specialises in charity law, including governance, Charity Commission consents, serious incident reporting, setting up charities and registering them with the Charity Commission, charity mergers and de-mergers, and trustee duties amongst other areas.  She works with all sorts of charities, and has a particular interest in faith-based charities and students’ unions.

Alacoque is a partner in our charities and social economy team.

Alacoque specialises in working with third sector and education sector clients on all aspects of employment law. She advises on complex employee relations issues, employment status, policies and procedures, employment contracts, settlement agreements and the defence of tribunal claims, including holiday pay, discrimination, whistle-blowing and trade union related claims. Alacoque also advises on redundancy and restructure projects and on TUPE transfers, including the requirements of collective consultation.

She has a particular interest in equality law and has considerable experience of the realities of managing staff and resources within the education and public sectors.

Alacoque edits Wrigleys’ monthly Employment Law Bulletin and regularly speaks on employment law and HR topics.

Sophie is an associate within our charities and social economy team.

Sophie joined Wrigleys as a trainee solicitor in September 2015 and qualified into the Charities and Social Economy team in June 2017. She advises charities and other social enterprises on a wide range of matters, including formation, legal structures, contracts, trustee duties and governance.

Sophie has a keen interest in ESG both professionally and personally and is a member of her local climate action group.
