Areas of practice:

Laurel qualified into Wrigleys’ charities and social economy team as a solicitor in 2020, having completed her training contract at Wrigleys. 

Laurel advises charities and other social enterprises on a wide range of matters, including legal structures, governance, and winding up. In particular, Laurel advises on incorporations and charity registrations, mergers, amendments to governing documents, trustees’ duties, and interactions with the Charity Commission.
