Position: Deeds Clerk

Areas of practice:

Allison is a Deeds Clerk in Wrigleys Property department.

Allison’s work includes but is not limited to:

  • Holding and managing title deeds and original documents.
  • Deeds storage and retrieval.
  • Updating deeds registers and records.
  • Supporting property transactions.
  • Liaising with Land Registry, lenders, managing agents and other firms.
  • Dealing with requisitions from Land Registry.
  • Liaising with West Yorkshire Archive Services to request historic deeds
  • Preparing first registration applications.
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Liaising with client on updates with their Land Registry applications.
  • Assisting clients who are requesting copies of their deeds we hold.
  • Preparing interim bills for clients.

Career:

Allison joined Wrigleys in 2021. Prior to this, she worked at Optima Legal as a Remortgage Case Assistant for three years. Allison was educated in the Caribbean.
