Email: Alasdair.Inglis@wrigleys.co.uk

Telephone: 0113 204 1105

Office: Leeds

Department: Property

Position: Partner

Areas of practice:

Alasdair qualified as a solicitor in 1998. After briefly working in the area of private client he moved to Pinsent Masons in 1999 and has specialised in Commercial Property since then.

Alasdair has a great deal of experience in most areas of commercial property including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and development.

He was previously the Head of Commercial Property where he advised residential developers on all aspects of their development from acquisitions of sites, through the construction phase and then dealing with the sales of the individual plots.

His work has led him to be named in both Legal 500 and Chambers as a ranked lawyer.

He joined Wrigleys in March 2023 to bolster its already innovative property department which works in some very niche areas.

He has been working with landowners in relation to options and promotion agreements, guiding clients through often complicated processes in a straightforward and practical way.

Minerals extraction is also a field he works in, negotiating options and leases of land with a view to operators mining minerals in the local area.

Away from work, Alasdair is a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.
