Since we came together in 1996 the growth of Wrigleys from a 2 partner firm with a total staff of 14, to a medium sized firm now with 22 partners and a total staff of over 130, has been achieved in equal measure by organic growth and from our origins, absorbing the specialist private client and charity departments of other well known practices. Future growth will be restricted to our existing specialist areas, but we continue to expand and would welcome recognised experts in those areas who wish to join us.

Areas of practice:
Dawn deals with a variety of commercial property work ranging from acquisitions and disposals to more routine management type work such as deeds of easement and licences to assign etc. She has been involved in a number of complex disposals involving conditional options as well as complicated planning considerations and overage provisions. She has also worked on a number of wind farm projects.
