Wrigleys was founded in 1996 as a traditional solicitors' partnership. It was created from the charity and private client practices of the northern offices of DLA, Hammonds and Eversheds and the specialist charity firm of Malcolm Lynch. On 1 May 2006 the firm incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership, as have many other solicitors' practices.
