Alacoque is a partner in our charities and social economy team.

Alacoque specialises in working with third sector and education sector clients on all aspects of employment law. She advises on complex employee relations issues, employment status, policies and procedures, employment contracts, settlement agreements and the defence of tribunal claims, including holiday pay, discrimination, whistle-blowing and trade union related claims. Alacoque also advises on redundancy and restructure projects and on TUPE transfers, including the requirements of collective consultation.

She has a particular interest in equality law and has considerable experience of the realities of managing staff and resources within the education and public sectors.

Alacoque edits Wrigleys’ monthly Employment Law Bulletin and regularly speaks on employment law and HR topics.

Ranjan is the CEO of Alcoholics Anonymous Great Britain Ltd and General Secretary to the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous in Great Britain and English-Speaking meetings in Continental Europe.

Jill Tolfrey is the Non Alcoholic Trustee for Alcoholics Anonymous.

Jill’s experience is in health and wellbeing; most recently with blue light organisations, leading a charity and providing support for emergency responders impacted by their work. Many use alcohol as a coping strategy to soften the day-to-day impact. Jill brings to the non-alcoholic trustee role knowledge of how blue light organisations work, the challenges their people face and the barriers to good health and wellbeing.”

Jill gives her experience, her blue light and wellbeing knowledge, her experience of leading a charity and the third sector to help promote the great work of AA both on a local and national scale.
