About The Webinar

Please note this webinar has already taken place.

Join us in this wide-ranging discussion of student complaints, of which we’re seeing an increasing number.  This webinar will explore possible reasons for the rise in complaints, analyse some of the issues which crop up when dealing with them and look at what the future might hold.  We’ll touch on everything from SU liability for clubs and societies to freedom of speech and SU/university relations.  We’ll also look at disciplinary processes and what to do when you’ve got a multitude of them.  It promises to be an action-packed session and we’d love to hear your contributions.

Please recommend this event to your colleagues.
