Areas of practice:

Susannah qualified as a solicitor into the Rural and Agricultural Property team in June 2024. Susannah deals with a mixture of commercial and agricultural property work for landed Estates and other landowners (including land owned by Trusts and Farming Partnerships).

In general, Susannah’s work type includes: freehold sales and purchases, the grant and surrender of commercial and agricultural leases, dealing with legal charges and the grant of easements and licences. Susannah has an interest in natural capital and in particular biodiversity net gain from a landowner’s perspective.
