Joseph qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Joseph carries out a wide variety of private client work, primarily for wealthy individuals and families.  This includes landed estates work, trusts, company law (including family investment companies), capital taxation planning (primarily inheritance tax and capital gains tax), inter-generational succession planning, partnership law, wills and powers of attorney.
