Hywel has been a qualified solicitor since 1996. He previously worked in the areas of mental health and child care law. He has been involved in adult social care law for the last few years having worked as the lawyer at a local council in South Yorkshire prior to joining Wrigleys.

Hywel deals with all aspects of providing advice on Health and Social Care and Court of Protection matters.
