Areas of practice:

Hilary is a qualified Trust and Estates Practitioner and deals with the day to day management of trusts, including accounts and tax return preparation and the provision of tax & distribution advice to trustees and beneficiaries.

Hilary can advise on all aspects of inheritance tax that can arise during the lifetime of a trust, as well as provide a comprehensive service for the set up and the winding up of trusts.

At work Hilary will liaise with other professionals as well as clients and she regards the provision of an excellent client service as a priority.
