Laura specialises in community-led housing and is developing her own cohousing scheme in South Cumbria. She also co-founded a community land trust and, until recently, sat on the board of the UK Cohousing Trust. She advises on legal structures, governance, charity law, contractual and commercial matters.

Sophie is an associate within our charities and social economy team.

Sophie joined Wrigleys as a trainee solicitor in September 2015 and qualified into the Charities and Social Economy team in June 2017. She advises charities and other social enterprises on a wide range of matters, including formation, legal structures, contracts, trustee duties and governance.

Sophie has a keen interest in ESG both professionally and personally and is a member of her local climate action group.
