Areas of practice:

Rukhsana supports a wide range of clients across England and Wales, overseeing and supporting residential property matters throughout the country.

Rukhsana has extensive experience across residential property work including, but is not limited to:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, new builds.

  • Sales and purchases of high value and complex residential properties.

  • Dealing with cash transactions as well as transactions involving mortgage finance.

  • Acting on property transactions involving trustees and deputies.

  • Supporting clients with properties held in trust or under deputyship, working with trustees, deputies and legal advisers to ensure compliant decision making.

  • General property work including assisting with pre-sale matters.

Career:

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, Rukhsana began her legal career working in London for over 16 years.  For a better work life balance, Rukhsana and her family moved to Sheffield in the summer of 2016, and she joined Wrigleys in January 2017.
