Since training and then qualifying at Wrigleys in 2011, Richard has dealt with a wide range of railway property, acting for a number of train operating companies.  His experience includes station and depot leasing, retail leases, station and depot changes, managed station exclusive area leases, station redevelopment and portfolio planning. 

Richard also deals with all aspects of commercial and charity property, such as landlord and tenant work, purchases and sales, in addition to corporate support where property due diligence is required.
