Richard deals with all aspects of commercial property, including landlord and tenant work, purchases and sales.  Richard also provides corporate support, where property due diligence is required.

Together with charity property, Richard's specialisms include dealing with all aspects of railway property, acting for a number of train operating companies.  His experience includes station/depot leasing, retail leases, station/depot changes, managed station exclusive area leases, station redevelopment and portfolio planning.
