Maria qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and deals with a wide variety of commercial and rural property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, conditional options, development and general asset management work for a mixture of clients including private individuals and owners of rural estates. Maria also has experience of dealing with high value residential property transactions and is accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
