Areas of practice:

Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Jonathan deals with a variety of commercial property work, specialising primarily in landlord and tenant work in the retail and railway property sectors. His experience includes acting for landlords in multi-site lease network deals, negotiating with superior landlords, liaising with lenders to obtain consents to underlet and negotiating key terms with undertenants.

Jonathan also has experience in the sale and purchase of commercial property, the negotiation of overage provisions and the negotiation of various licences and access agreements.
