• Joanne qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and deals with a broad range of rural and commercial work, including Promotion Agreements, Options and Conditional Contracts, together with general commercial property work (including landlord and tenant).
• Joanne's clients include Estates and other landowners (often involving Trusts/Partnerships), Charities (including Ecclesiastical work) and Pension Funds.
• Joanne also works with clients in the diversification of rural land and sporting rights.
• Joanne also deals with residential property transactions and is accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
