Position: Matter Finance Lead

Areas of practice:

Carol is a Matter Finance Lead in Wrigleys Property department.

Carol’s work includes but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records

  • Production of accounts

  • Ensuring timely and accurate activity recording and billing 

  • Helping to monitor WIP against estimates 

  • Coordinating management of client and residual balances 

  • Supporting consistent file closure 

  • Coordinating resolution of financial queries as matters progress

  • Working with others in similar roles across the firm to ensure best practices are followed across the firm’s matters.

  • Managing complex schedules.

Career:

Carol joined Wrigleys in 2025 after working at Addleshaw Goddard in the Business Acceptance Unit as an AML Assistant. Carol previously held roles at Nexus Leeds as a Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering) and Contracts Officer and at RWO Associates as an Administrative Assistant.

Carol has worked in various other roles as a Senior Administrator, Personal Assistant and Project Co-ordinator.
