Position: Managing Associate

Areas of practice:

Aurea provides comprehensive advice across all areas of private client work and has particular expertise in assisting the owners of landed estates and farming clients with their succession planning. Having married into a farming family, she brings a personal connection and deep understanding of the estate planning opportunities and issues affecting rural clients, adding significant value to her work. Additionally, Aurea has a keen interest in Heritage Property Law.

Aurea’s work includes but is not limited to:

  • Advising on lifetime tax and succession planning;

  • Creation and restructuring of trusts;

  • Drafting of Wills and Power of Attorney;

  • Assisting farmers and owners of landed estates across the country, including setting up family farming partnerships;

  • Handling matters related to Heritage Property Law, such as establishing Heritage Maintenance Funds and navigating the Conditional Exemption regime, reflecting Aurea’s keen interest and expertise in this field.

Career:

Aurea began her legal career at Maurice Turnor Gardner (formerly Allen & Overy’s private client team) in London, where she worked as a trainee, (qualifying in 2017) and then as an associate. Since joining Wrigleys in 2018 Aurea has specialised in private client work.
