Abi qualified as a solicitor into the Probate, Tax and Estate Planning team in 2022 having trained at Wrigleys. Abi deals with all aspects of private client work, including wills, lifetime tax planning, trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration.
We look at the legal duties of almshouse charity trustees when moving to an incorporated structure.
