The Speaker
Peter Barnard is Director of Peter Barnard Associates Ltd which is a HR consultancy and training organisation. He works with a host of public, private and third sector clients. He is a CEDR accredited mediator. His most fulfilling and challenging assignments are those involving conflict resolution, the promotion of health and wellbeing and the effective management of sickness absence, for which he led the Grimsby Institute to win many national awards.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
