Academic staff and Transitions to revised model and modernised statutes
Our experience includes the transition to the new model statute under the Education Reform Act 1988 to the revised model statute and to modernised statutes whereby staff matters may be removed from the body of the statutes and placed in supporting regulations subject to statutory provisions concerning academic freedom and other fundamental matters.
