Secretary

(Probate, Trusts & Estate Planning)

What led you to apply to Wrigleys for your role?

A friend working in recruitment knew that I was considering a new challenge and called me up to say that Wrigleys were looking for a secretary. After doing some research via the Wrigleys website and considering the job description I agreed that my CV could be put forward and I was successfully called for an interview.

What sets Wrigleys apart from other places that you have worked?

The people at Wrigleys and the less "commercial" values. You are treated with respect and fairness by everyone in the firm. You are made to feel worthy and appreciated. During my first few days at Wrigleys I was amazed at how everyone made an effort to genuinely welcome me. I have previously worked at firms where the more senior staff could barely acknowledge support staff and yet here at Wrigleys various people were coming to introduce themselves and see if there was anything they could do to make me feel more settled.

How would you sum up working at Wrigleys?

I like the hardworking and "can do" attitude of the staff at Wrigleys. The Leeds office is a relaxed and supportive environment in which to work with many friendly and approachable colleagues.
