Areas of practice:

Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Lauren is dual qualified as a Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive with a First class History degree from the University of Westminster, GDL from the University of Sheffield and has completed the LPC and LLM and PSC at the University of Law.

Prior to joining Wrigleys, Lauren specialised in Residential Real Estate with a High Net Worth focus, she also gained experience in commercial property transactions.

Lauren is able to advise on the sale and purchase of registered and unregistered land either freehold or leasehold. She can also advise on property financed by mortgages, bridging, equity loans and shared ownership as well as re-mortgage transactions, transfers of equity, woodland, transfers of part and new build property.

She also has experience with residential and Commercial leasing, easements, Deed’s of Grant and Trust.
