Areas of practice:

Elizabeth deals with all aspects of private client work, providing specialist tax and estate planning advice for individuals and their families, in particular for entrepreneurial clients and those with family businesses.

Specialisms include inheritance tax and succession planning, including the formation and reorganisation of trusts, and pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. She also deals with the administration of estates for probate purposes, including advising executors on their roles and duties as part of this process.
