Duncan qualified in 1996 and joined Wrigleys Solicitors LLP in 2016.
Duncan advises a wide range of charities on governance, legal structures, mergers and other constitutional issues and on matters involving the Charity Commission. In particular he has worked with a good number of faith based organisations. He also advises social enterprises and has worked alongside a number of organisations from their creation, most notably The Real Junk Food Project.
He is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers and the latter states that "clients appreciate his excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and client service."
