Areas of practice:

Duncan qualified in 1996 and joined Wrigleys Solicitors LLP in 2016.

Duncan advises a wide range of charities on governance, legal structures, mergers and other constitutional issues and on matters involving the Charity Commission. In particular he has worked with a good number of faith based organisations. He also advises social enterprises and has worked alongside a number of organisations from their creation, most notably The Real Junk Food Project.
