Areas of practice:

Charlotte specialises in cases involving the Court of Protection, personal injury trusts and asset protection for the young, elderly and vulnerable, on which she works closely with Lynne Bradey. She also deals with drafting and registering lasting powers of attorney and registering enduring powers of attorney.
