Allison specialises in private client work and in particular trust compliance dealing with the day to day management of trusts including accounts and tax return preparation and provision of tax and distribution advice to trustees and beneficiaries.
Allison can also advise on aspects of inheritance tax arising on creation of trusts, during the lifetime and on the winding up of trusts.
