One of our chief concerns when we formed Wrigleys was to get away from the formality, rigid structures and overriding focus on profit, which characterised the larger commercial firms. Despite our considerable growth, we are determined to retain a friendly informal atmosphere and pleasant surroundings where everyone knows each other.
The qualities we look for besides expertise and an obvious enthusiasm for one of the areas of law in which we specialise, are friendliness and flexibility, as well as a genuine desire to help the client. We value people with those qualities as much as the thrusting and aggressive lawyers favoured by more contentious and commercially driven firms.
