One of our chief concerns when we formed Wrigleys was to get away from the formality, rigid structures and overriding focus on profit, which characterised the larger commercial firms. Despite our considerable growth, we are determined to retain a friendly informal atmosphere and pleasant surroundings where everyone knows each other.
