It is Wrigleys' policy to engage top class legal secretaries because they play such an important part in our service to private clients and charities. We encourage secretaries to take an interest in the work they do and expect them to deal directly with clients when the need arises and to have a working knowledge of the files on which their principal is engaged.
We deliberately maintain a high ratio of secretaries to fee earners so as to be able to deliver a genuinely personal service to clients.
The subject matter of the work is often complex and accuracy is all important. We therefore look for a good general academic background as well as excellent technical word processing skills in Microsoft Word.
