Though formed in 1996 as a separate firm from the demerged private client and charity team of Dibb Lupton Alsop (now DLA), our roots go back to the 1750s, when the firm which eventually became DLA, was founded in Leeds.
Wrigleys combines the charity and private client departments of DLA, Hammonds and Eversheds in Leeds and Manchester and includes the specialist charity firm of Malcolm Lynch. From that base, we have seen substantial organic growth. We have been particularly fortunate in attracting nationally recognised specialists who have chosen to leave more commercially oriented larger firms for the more flexible and less profit-driven collegiate environment, which Wrigleys seeks to provide.
